To be held every second and last Thursday of the month. Registration 16h15, last rider to leave 17h10. Uvongo Pier Lilecrona Boulevard.

Saturday
morning at DuraCycles, Quarry Road (near SPCA) 06h30 sharp and all are
welcome.
There are four groups catered for; from the complete
novices to the more serious riders so if you are a teenager or older
then come along and have loads of fun whilst exercising. Two road group have been introduced to the Saturday rides.
